If you buy a motorcycle on a shop loan or in cash a motor posting depends on the shipping address.

How to check the price of a motorcycle: Click the motorcycle you want. Make sure you click on the motorcycle based on the purchase of either Cash or Hire Purchase. Then click the Calculate Shipping button. Enter a state, zip code and select Standard Delivery. Finally, click Calculate. You can see the cost of sending a motorcycle to that zip code.

6. I received my order, but there was not enough stuff and the motorcycle was not in good condition. What do I do?

7. How long does it take to do a motorcycle posting?

Motorcycle posting takes 2 weeks from the date you book the motor, only if we have the motor stock. The 2 period of the week is the preparation period for document preparation and posting.

You are expected to receive a motorcycle within 1 -2 weeks from the date of posting.

8. Is the price of accessories on the website equal to the price of accessories at our branch?

ORDER AND REFUND PROCESS

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order once it has been approved by the sales representative.

3.How long does the refund process take?

MOTORCYCLE PROCESS IN THE STORE

1. When will I get my motorcycle?

The duration for you to receive a motorcycle varies depending on the model you want. If the motorcycle status is a ready stock at the desired branch, the process takes 2-4 working day.

However, if the desired model does not have a ready stock, the process of taking a motorcycle can take up to 4 months and up. This is because the motor factory cannot produce the motor in large quantities due to the lack of spare parts.

We recommend that customers change the desired motor model if they cannot wait long.

2. Can I buy a motorcycle online and want to get it in the store myself?

Of course! You can select the desired branch or keep in mind our sales representative.

1. Why do I have to pay RM50 when applying for a store loan?

To all knowledge, the RM50 is used for the store loan application process at KS Motors. If your loan passes, the RM50 will continue to be absorbed into prepayment. However, if your loan does not pass, we will refund RM30 of your money and the other RM20 will be charge for loan process.

2. When will I get my motorcycle?

Namun, jika model yang dikehendaki tidak mempunyai ready stock, proses mengambil motosikal boleh mengambil masa sehingga 4 bulan dan keatas. Hal ini disebabkan kilang motor tidak dapat mengeluarkan motor dalam kuantiti yang banyak disebabkan kekurangan alat ganti.

Kami menyarankan agar pelanggan menukar model motor yang dikehendaki jika tidak dapat menunggu lama.
